'Device Offline' thumbnails
If you see 'Device Offline' thumbnails on your dashboard and the student is actively working on their laptop in your classroom:
Check to make sure the student laptop is on vcs-014 wifi. Click on the wifi symbol found in the system tray and ensure the laptop is connected to vcs-014.
Navigate to the windows icon à click on power à click on restart.
After restart, ask the student to log back in.
(Note: If the student has not restarted their laptop in a while, they may prompt to update their laptop.)
Check for the Impero icon in the system tray, you may have to click on the ^ icon to see more applications.
When you click on the Impero icon, the alpha code of the student should appear.
Check your teacher dashboard and student desktop should become visible.

Tip: Ensure laptops are shut down at the end of each school day (and over the weekend). Power on at the start of a school day morning.
